Classes
Classes & Trainings is a four-year intentional journey designed to develop faithful disciples, servant-hearted leaders, and equipped ministers at CLCC. Inspired by Paul's charge to Timothy in 2 Timothy 2:2, "Entrust what you've heard to faithful people who will be able to teach others also", this pathway focuses on three key areas: Christlike character, biblical and theological depth, and practical ministry training.
Living Life & Emotionally Healthy Spirituality (EHS) Class
The journey begins by building a strong foundation in both faith and emotional health. Living Life introduces the essentials of the Christian life and what it means to follow Jesus. The EHS Class helps participants integrate spiritual maturity with emotional health, cultivating a deep, sustainable relationship with God and others.
Formation Training (FT): Becoming Rooted in Christ
Formation Training centers on deepening spiritual roots. Through guided rhythms, spiritual formation, and theological training, participants grow in their understanding of God and begin to embody a life of wholeness in Christ.
Leadership Training (LT): Leading with Character and Purpose
Leadership Training equips participants to serve as Christ-like leaders in the church and beyond. The focus is on developing servant leadership, relational wisdom, and practical ministry skills to lead with humility and clarity of purpose.
Equipping Track (ET): Preparing Leaders to Equip Others
Equipping Track participants are trained for key leadership roles such as elders and deacons. This stage emphasizes theological depth, ministry oversight, and multiplying leaders—those who equip others to serve and lead in the body of Christ.
